This is an outdoor activity club for adults with a learning disability and mental health and runs throughout the year. The programme includes hill and coastal walking, climbing and abseiling.
The Staff:
The project has a pool of experienced and qualified outdoor pursuits instructors to call upon, all of whom have experience of working with people with support needs and hold the appropriate NGB qualifications for the activities undertaken.
What is included?
We provide all the specialist equipment required, and have a range of basic waterproofs, walking boots and rucsacs that are available on loan.
WALKING & CLIMBING
The sessions are held at 10.00am - 4pm on Wednesdays. Its essential to contact Martin to pre book your place. Support Workers are welcomed to attend.
Cost £10 per session.
