insport Case Officer
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and person-focused individual who will work alongside us to support the progress NGBs and Partners make in their insport NGB and insport Partnerships programmes.
We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experiences;
- Be fully committed to and conversant with equity, diversity and inclusion.
- An awareness of the inclusive physical activity (including sport) landscape in Wales.
- A track record of building partnerships and trusted relationships with physical activity (including sport) organisations in Wales and the UK.
- Have held a productive advisory relationship (paid or voluntary) or been employed by an NGB or Partner Organisation to sport in Wales.
- An ability to support effective communication between internal and external partners.
- Demonstrable experience of nurturing growth and development within colleagues, particularly linked to inclusion.
- Have an ability to work flexibly around the differing needs and requirements of insport partner organisations.
Requirements
Location: Remote, with access to Disability Sport Wales Offices in Cardiff
Estimated Contract Length: Initial 12 months, with a view that this is extended.
Estimated Contract Value: £6,600 (based on £550 per month to cover the equivalent of up to 24 hours per month). Agreed expenses in addition.
