We currently have places available on the following programme:

Date - 18th-22nd Aug

Venue - North Wales

What's involved - A wide range of outdoor activities including climbing, kayaking, gorge scrambling and hill walking, all of which are bespoke to the needs and capabilities of the young people, so there is no need for anyone to worry. Everything is achievable! There's a focus on personal development throughout the week, using the activities as a vehicle to boost confidence and self esteem. Evening activities also take place, including a bbq, quiz and mine challenge

Who for - Young people aged between 16-30yrs who have suffered a life changing injury or illness Aim - to rebuild confidence and self esteem, and to provide the opportunity for the participants to realise what they can still achieve despite the challenges they face

Cost - The cost of the programme is covered by Climbing Out, all we ask is that people can get themselves to and from North Wales
