DSW Awards 2020

2020 has been challenging so all the more reason to celebrate and honour all the amazing clubs, coaches, volunteers and athletes who make the DSW family so special!

- The Jim Munkley Lifetime Achievement Award - ENG / WAL
- Athlete of the Year - ENG / WAL
- Emerging Athlete of the Year - ENG / WAL

You can submit your application in Welsh, English or as a BSL video. Please find english and welsh versions of the nomination forms next to the categories above.

Send your completed nomination form to awardsnominations@disabilitysportwales.com or to Disability Sport Wales, Sport Wales National Centre, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff CF11 9SW.

All nominations will go through a shortlisting process. Shortlisted nominations will be considered by a Disability Sport Wales Awards panel.

Deadline: 4pm on Wednesday 25th November 2020

Finalists will be selected by the Disability Sport Wales Awards panel and provided with information about when and how the winners for each category will be announced at our virtual awards ceremony on Friday 22nd January 2021.
