Day 4 at the Commonwealth games saw great effort from both Olivia Breen and Beverley Jones who finished 4th and 6th respectively in the F37/38 long jump on the first day of athletics at Hampden Park.

 

In the final day of para-cycling for Team Wales at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Rachel James and Rhiannon Henry finished sixth in the 1000m tandem time trial.


A busy day 5 to look ahead too at the Commonwealth Games with Team Wales captain Aled Davies, Rhys Jones and Tracey Hinton all taking to the athletic track to compete in their respective events plus the ParaTriples get started in the Lawn Bowls.


At Hampden Park on Monday 28th July:  

Aled Sion Davies- F42/44 Discus at 10.00

Rhys Jones- T37 100m Round 1 at 11.05. Semi Final at 18.55. Final at 20.40.

Tracey Hinton- T12 100m Round 1 at 10.35. Final at 20.00.
