Swansea swimmer Aaron Moores took home the Gold on day 7 of the Paralympics.
The 22-year-old just beat team-mate Scott Quinn in a finger-tip finish as Great Britain claimed a one-two in the SB14 100 metres breaststroke.
Moores was ecstatic with the win: ““I can’t believe it, it’s a dream come true. I can’t wait to have the gold medal around my neck.
“Scott and I train so hard, and it shows in the fact we came top two in the world.”
"I'm so glad about moving back to Swansea, the whole team down there have just picked me up and moved me forward."
Wheelchair basketball player Phil Pratt helped GB to a 22-6 win over Australia in the quarter-finals.
GB face Spain in the semi-finals today with Turkey and United States contesting the other game.
Stephen Thomas won the 4th and 5th races in the Sonar Sailing taking him upto 5th in the overall standings with four mores races to contest across the next two days.
Also, on the track Laura Sugar got a personal best to send her into the final of the T44 200m tonight.
