Jack Thomas won Bronze in the 200m Freestyle S14 with a personal best time of 2:01.27 in Glasgow.

The elated swimmer said "I can't believe it- even now I have the medal around my neck it still feels unreal! I'm so pleased that I was able to get Team Wales their second medal in the pool, as well as knocking a second off my time. My tactic was to hit hard in the last 50m and it's payed off- I'm so proud."

The Bronze medallists mother Wendy Thomas said, "this is the greatest moment of my life, I am so proud of my son and special thanks to the best coach in the world Billy Pye."
