Triathlon
Para Triathlon was first seen at the Paralympic Games in Rio 2016 and debuted at the Commonwealth Games in 2018.
Athletes in 9 classifications compete across 3 disciplines with a 750 metre swim, 20km cycle and a 5km run/ wheelchair making up the triathlon race. Triathlons of different lengths and levels of challenge can be found across the country for beginners and experienced athletes. Athletes may participate with a guide, or a handbike and wheelchair where necessary.
