The funeral of Anthony Hughes MBE will take place on Friday 3rd March 2023.

Anthony Hughes MBE passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday 30th December 2022 aged 63 years.
On behalf of Anthony's family, we announce that his funeral will take place on Friday 3rd March 2023, 14.00, at Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium, Cardiff.
A celebration of Ant's life will then follow at Glamorgan Cricket Ground, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, from 15.45 onwards.
The funeral service will be streamed, and Anthony's family invite those who are unable to attend at the Crematorium to come to together to pay their respects at Glamorgan Cricket Stadium. The room will be open from 13.30.
All those who knew Anthony are very welcome to come.
Family flowers only please, any donations are to be made to Disability Sport Wales and will be used to establish additional work in Anthony’s name.
