Welsh para powerlifter Nathan Stephens

First featured at the 1984 Paralympic games, para powerlifting requires strength, technical ability, and mental toughness. Lifters compete in weight categories and in male or female categories. There are three attempts permitted in competition. The lifter with the highest bench press in their category is the winner.
