Presented by Darren Carew, Liam Scott and Amy Brumby

This session will take place in the Wentwood Room from 2:15pm - 3pm

Equality, diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies have become significant for all businesses today as they support organisational success, promote equitable opportunities, foster innovation, and improve employee and customer satisfaction.

Find out from the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) and Swim Wales how they have embedded inclusion principles across the organisation from policy to practical delivery. The session aims to provide actionable takeaways for organisations looking to enhance their EDI initiatives.
