Inclusive physical activity opportunities for children and young people in lockdown

It can be difficult to find out what is available for children and young people to help them stay active during lockdown. Being active is so important to a child’s mental and physical health – which is why we’ve compiled a short list of activities that you could access during this time.

RESOURCES AND LINKS FOR KEEPING KIDS ACTIVE

These are just a selection of activities available to you, remember to contact your local Disability Sport Wales Development Officer for more information on what is available in your area! Also follow Disability Sport Wales on Twitter Facebook, Instagram and YouTube for more information and reminders of what’s available!
