Xcessible & insport - Impact of a Collaborative Approach to Inclusion

This session explores the collaborative journey between Active Disability Ireland and Disability Sport Wales, highlighting the transformative impact of their international partnership on inclusive sports development.

Participants will learn how the Xcessible programme was co-developed, drawing inspiration from DSW’s successful insport model, and adapted to the Irish context. The session will offer practical insights into cross-border collaboration, programme design, and the promotion of disability inclusion in sport, physical activity and leisure.
