Session 4

Equality Impact Assessments that make an impact

Equality Impact Assessments are an important tool to check that the work you do (from inception to review) anticipates what people will want and need from you and your services.

This session introduce Equality Impact Assessments, and illustrate different options which might work within your content, and will highlight the benefits of spending a bit of time at the start (or point of review) thinking about what the impact of how you do things changes who you engage brilliantly with.
