The Impact of Place-based Approaches on Disability Inclusion


Exploring the delivery of system approaches and placed based projects within North Wales.

The session will explore live case studies highlighting the process from concept to impact. These projects, within Corwen and Rhyl, have had a huge impact on disability inclusion.  The session will include a panel, with insights from Actif North Wales, Denbighshire Leisure, and  Denbighshire County Council.
